Individual Dog License

• Purchase or Renew a Dog Tag Online
  You can purchase and renew individual dog license (dog tag) online at the Treasurer's Tax Services website.
   
  Or you can use the following form:

  Print and complete the form and mail it, your payment and a copy of a current rabies certificate to the Treasurer's Office (mailing address below).

A kennel is any establishment in which five or more canines are kept. Kennels (commercial or non-commercial) are not permitted in any of the following residential zones:

• R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-6,
• RC
• RRC
• RS

A Kennel License-20 is necessary for a kennel housing from 5-20 dogs and a Kennel License-50 is necessary for a kennel housing from 21-50 dogs.

A completed Kennel License Application Form Page 1& Page 2(along with your payment) can be carried to any of the 9 outpost locations (listed below) or mailed to:
