The Volunteer Home Repair Referral Program was established to leverage volunteer and financial resources to address minor home repairs within the community.
The program assists Hanover's human service professionals in finding solutions to address home repair needs for the low-income, elderly or disabled clients they serve. At the same time, this method reduces duplication of efforts and spreads projects appropriately among individual volunteers or groups. Referrals for assistance must be submitted by human service caseworkers. All other available home repair resources must be pursued prior to requesting volunteer assistance.
