Intro to Properties and Maps

The HCED website offers two searchable databases that are effective tools in identifying viable real estate opportunities for new business locations and expansions.  Site LoGIStics is a GIS-based system that includes extensive demographic and mapping options.  VA Scan is the statewide-managed sites and buildings database that presents real estate options in a report format.  Both systems are populated with the same properties.
