During emergency situations, County-specific information will be placed on Hanover’s low-power AM radio station at AM 1700. When you see the flashing lights, tune to Hanover AM 1700. You can also call 804-365-1700 to hear the messages at any time.

If actions are taken such as the opening of a shelter, this information will be reported on Hanover AM 1700. If the County’s Emergency Operations Center is opened, that number will be 804-365-4877.
