Training & Quality Assurance Division

The Training & Quality Assurance (TQA) Division is tasked with providing a comprehensive training curriculum, including everything from basic fire suppression courses to Paramedic, along with providing oversight of the department's Quality Assurance Program. The Division is staffed by both career and volunteer personnel who work diligently to ensure our training program meets the needs of the department.

Because of the high volume of training offered, the TQA Division operates multiple training facilities and utilizes training rooms in any of 16 stations as necessary. A regular training calendar is developed that outlines many of the core curriculum classes that occur on a regular basis, while what we call "classes of opportunity" are added as needed.
