VETERANS DAY CEREMONY WILL BE HELD AT
HANOVER VETERANS MEMORIAL AT WAYSIDE PARK
 
All are invited to honor our military veterans by attending a Veterans Day Memorial ceremony at Hanover Wayside Park on Wednesday, Nov. 11.

The ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. and will include remarks by Del. Frank Hargrove, the laying of the memorial wreath and a rifle salute.

Parking will be available on the site.

Hanover Wayside Park is located on U.S. Rt. 301 about a mile north of Hanover High School.

Dedicated in 2007, the Hanover Veteran’s Memorial honors military veterans who were killed in hostile action from World War I to the present day, and those who have or are currently serving in the Armed Forces.

The observance will be held rain or shine.
