Therapeutic Recreation Aide Assistance Program

Children with disabilities who are interested in securing the assistance of a Therapeutic Recreation Aide should inquire about the Therapeutic Recreation Aide Assistance Program. Therapeutic Recreation Aide Registration Packets will be available for download beginning February 1, 2012.

We will begin accepting Therapeutic Recreation Inclusion Registrations for the 2012 Youth Summer Program camp sessions from Hanover County residents on Friday, February 3 and non-Hanover County residents on Friday, February 24. Registrations received prior to these dates will not be processed early.

Registrations will be considered complete, and therefore processed only when the all of the following are received:

• Completed Hanover County Parks & Recreation Registration Form
• Properly filled out Inclusion Profile
• Payment for at least one session of the Youth Summer Program OR complete Fun Funds Application Form
