Holiday Hours For County FacilitiesHanover County Government offices will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. The six Hanover branches of the Pamunkey Regional Library will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas. They will close at 5 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and be closed all day on New Year’s Day and Jan. 2, 2010. Hanover’s six solid waste convenience centers and 301 Transfer Station will close at noon on Christmas Eve and will be closed all day on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Regular operating hours for the solid waste convenience centers are 7 a.m.-7 p.m. (seven days a week). The Rt. 301 Transfer Station is closed on Sundays and but is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday. |
