Vendor Registration
All vendors interested in doing business with Hanover County should register with eVA, the Commonwealth of Virginia's electronic procurement portal.
Registration on the eVA web site is the first step in doing business with the County and many other local governments and state agencies in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The County Purchasing Department uses eVA to prepare bid lists for, and notify vendors of, written solicitations.
Effective March 2, 2009, the County will no longer register vendors through the County Purchasing Department, and no longer select or notify vendors of procurement opportunities other than through eVA.
