THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER TO VOTE IN THIS ELECTION IS MONDAY, MAY 20, 2013
Qualified residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia may apply for, or change, their voter registration, at the Office of the General Registrar, Room 119, the Wickham Bldg, 7497 County Complex Rd, Hanover, Virginia. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Voter registration applications are also available online at
http://www.sbe.virginia.gov and at all post offices and libraries.

The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot through the mail in this election is Tuesday June 4, 2013. The deadline to apply and vote an absentee ballot in person is 5:00 PM, Saturday, June 8, 2013, except in the case of certain emergencies. The Office of the General Registrar will be open for absentee voting during regular business hours, and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, June 8, 2013.
