Make A Payment Over The Internet 
Hanover County now accepts credit card payments over the Internet!
All major credit cards accepted: MasterCard, VISA, American Express,
Discover, and Novus.
To begin, click on this link or enter it in your browser
(https://www.officialpayments.com/pc_feec.jsp )
then follow the instructions on that site.
There is a fee for this convenience. After you enter the
amount you wish to pay in tax, the system will show you the fee
and add the fee to the payment. You will have the option to authorize
the payment. You may cancel the transaction if the fee is unacceptable
to you. The system will display a screen containing a receipt number.
