  This form is for customers to have utility payments automatically drafted from a bank account.

  This water hydrant rental application form must be submitted in person to Customer Service located at 7516 County Complex Rd., Hanover.

• Six Authorized Hydrants for Large Hydrant Meter Use
  List of the six (6) hydrants that the Hanover County Department of Public Utilities has authorized as approved locations for water withdrawal using a large hydrant meter.
